Meet Dr. Lilit
As a psychologist and mama balancing multiple businesses, I'm passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing space where mothers can feel empowered, understood, and inspired to pursue their dreams. Becoming a mother has required me to embrace vulnerability and authenticity as I navigate the complexities of balancing career aspirations with family responsibilities. Iโve breastfed my baby during meetings and hurried through bedtime so I could send one more email. I bring my own personal experience and insight to my work with clients to create genuine connections and trust.
I deeply desire a life for you that is aligned with your personal values and aspirations. I am committed to empowering you to unlock your inner strength and overcome challenges as you juggle various roles. Your ambition and desire for fulfillment outside of your home does not have to take away from your family. Alignment in all of your identities is possible with proper support and self-care.
It is an honor to hold space for clients of diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences and to create a supportive environment for all to feel welcomed and inspired. Your story is safe with me.
